Rhinos partner with NY West
The Rochester Raging Rhinos and New York West (New York State West Youth Soccer Association) announced their agreement to enter into a multi-year joint marketing partnership to build sponsor involvement and soccer participation throughout the region. The marketing partnership makes the Rhinos the exclusive sales representative for New York West for all sponsor-related programs.

Nothnagle signs as PAETEC Park Founding Partner
The Rochester Raging Rhinos and Nothnagle Realtors announced today a landmark agreement to enter into a major, multi-year marketing partnership. Nothnagle Realtors will be one of a limited number of “Founding Partners” of PAETEC Park and serve as the “Official Realtor” of the new stadium, the Rhinos, Rattlers, W-League Rhinos, New York State West Youth Soccer Association and Total Sports Experience (Rhinos official training facility).

Shell Shockers buy indoor center
The New Orleans Shell Shockers announced the purchase of Riverside Indoor Soccer Arena. The multi-million dollar venue will be the new official training site for the team and the permanent home for the club’s administration staff. The building will be remodeled and all Shell Shockers day-to-day business will be run from offices in the renovated Harahan warehouse.

Silverbacks Park now Re/Max Greater Atlanta Stadium
RE/MAX Greater Atlanta, the top independent real-estate brokerage in Atlanta, and the Atlanta Silverbacks announced an agreement that will see the Silverbacks’ new home become RE/MAX Greater Atlanta Stadium. The new stadium, which opens June 3, is the centerpiece of the Silverbacks’ world class soccer complex being built at Atlanta Silverbacks Park adjacent to the intersection of I-85 & I-285.

USL-1 and W-League each on five times
The Toronto Lynx and Rogers Television announced today the USL First Division and W-League schedule for the 2006 season. A total of 10 home games will be televised in Toronto which for the first time includes five Lady Lynx matches.

The Richmond Kickers are pleased to announce that HCA Virginia will be featured as the new front-of-jersey sponsor for the professional team through an expanded, five-year sponsorship agreement.  Specific terms of the partnership were not disclosed.

Sounders create online show
The Seattle Sounders and GuerillaFootball.com will team up during the 2006 season to produce a weekly Sounders radio show through the club’s website it was announced. The 10-15 minute piece will include previous game analysis, upcoming game previews, personal interviews and Sounder history.

The W-League Washington Freedom will be featured on Fox Soccer Channel Sunday, APril 9 as part of a doubleheader from the 10th Annual KICKS Against Breast Cancer College Tournament and the 2nd Annual SHUT-OUT Cancer College Soccer Classic.

Sounders partner with Latinos en Seattle
Club also partners with Washington State Hispanic Chamber of Commerce
The Seattle Sounders today announced a formal partnership with Latinos en Seattle for the 2006 season. The partnership will continue outreach efforts to the Hispanic community through the formation of a crowd involvement group, the Seattle Sounders Latinas Squad, as well as Sounders ticket offers made available through their official website www.LatinosenSeattle.com and the scouting of Hispanic soccer talent in the Puget Sound area. The club created a partnership with the Washington State Hispanic Chamber of Commerce.

Kickers announce Anthem Night
The Richmond Kickers are pleased to team up with Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield in the support of the fight against cancer on Anthem Night Saturday, April 15th at 7:00 p.m. at the University of Richmond Stadium when the Kickers host rival Virginia Beach Mariners.  A portion of the proceeds will benefit the Jamie Hess Cancer Research Fund at VCU’s Massey Cancer Center.

On Saturday April 8th, kids and adults will have the opportunity to participate in a special sneak preview of Nickelodeon’s new soccer-themed series, “Just for Kicks.” Young soccer fans will have a chance to meet and interact with professional soccer players from the Long Island Rough Riders, receive Nickelodeon and Rough Rider-themed giveaways and be the first to watch “Just for Kicks.”
