CAREER
Has been with the Impact since its inception in 1993... With Lloyd Barker’s retirement, becomes the only remaining active player to have been part of the Impact’s inaugural edition... Is the team’s all-time leading scorer with 56 goals, 57 assists and 169 points in 11 seasons... Team captain since the 2001 season... Won the league championship title in 1994 and 2004 with the Impact... In 2004, helped the Impact play 12 straight games without a loss (8-0-4), a club record... Helped the team win the regular-season title in 1995, 1996 and 1997, in addition to finishing first overall in 2003, tied with the Milwaukee Wave United... In 2002, helped the team finish first in the Northeast Division, tied with the Rochester Raging Rhinos... Was the Impact’s leading scorer in 2003... Won the club’s scoring title for the fourth time... In 1997, tallied 26 points, as many as Lloyd Barker... That year, Darren Tilley picked up 33 points, but most of them with Toronto, before being traded to Montreal... Biello was also the team’s leading scorer in 1998 and 2001... Scored 11 goals and 35 points in 1998, team records which stood until the 2002 season, when Eduardo Sebrango came up with 18 goals and 36 points... Also collected 13 assists that season, a team record which still stands... Was the Impact Player of the Year in 1997 and 1998... Played for the Rochester Raging Rhinos in 1999, the year the Impact did not play outdoors... Was Rochester’s leading scorer with eight goals, four assists and 20 points... Also helped the Rhinos win the US Open Cup against the Colorado Rapids (MLS) and reach the championship game... Was named Player of the Year in the province of Quebec in 1998 and 1999 at the Quebec Soccer Federation’s Gala de la Mi-Temps year-end banquet...

INTERNATIONAL
In 1999, faced Haiti in Gold Cup competition... Also played friendlies against Chile (1995), Iran (1997) and Trinidad & Tobago (2000)... Was also called up by the Canadian team for World Cup qualifiers in 1997... In July 2004, helped Canada to get a 1-1 tie against the Scottish Hearts Club and a 1-0 win against Millwall in two friendlies… Was called up for the World Cup qualifiers in August 2004 for a game against Guatemala, in Vancouver…

2002 SEASON
His first goal of the year gave the Impact its first win of the season, 1-0 against the Eagles in Charlotte, May 13... Was slowed down in the final stretch of the season because of badly bruised ribs... Scored his last goal of the season July 17... Was nonetheless the team’s best playmaker with a total of seven assists... Was picked on the league’s second all-star team... Was one of six players to finish the season with over 2,000 minutes played...

2003 SEASON
Took 60 shots on net over the season, an Impact high good for 9th place in the league... Scored in a 2-1 win against the Kickers, May 23 in Richmond, to pick up his first goal since July 17, 2002... Played his 200th career game in an Impact uniform June 28 in Rochester... Scored the game-winning goal in a 3-0 victory against the Charlotte Eagles, July 2 in Montreal, after only 55 seconds of play... That was the fastest goal scored by an Impact player since Jean Harbor scored in the first minute of play, on a penalty kick, in a 1-0 win against Toronto, July 29, 1994... His one-goal and two-assist performance against the Salty Dogs, July 4 in Syracuse, gave him the top spot among Impact leading scorers for the first time since the end of the 2001 season, when he overtook George Papandreou by one point in the last game of the year... Also scored and picked up an assist in the Can-Am Cup final, July 30 against the Rochester Rhinos, to help the Impact collect a 4-2 victory and keep its Can-Am Cup title... Picked up an assist on an insurance goal scored by Martin Nash at the 25th minute of play, August 31 in Montreal in a 2-0 win against Calgary... Therefore picked up his 20th point of the season to finish first among Impact scorers, with seven goals and six assists... That win allowed the Impact to keep the Voyageurs Cup, awarded to the league’s top Canadian team, in addition to finishing first in the Eastern Conference, as well as first overall tied with the Milwaukee Wave United... Helped the Impact post the league’s best away record (10-3-1)... Was one of five Montreal players to finish the season with over 2,000 minutes played... Was, with Zé Roberto, the only player to play in each of the team’s 28 games...

2004 SEASON
With Nick DeSantis, was the official spokesperson of Heart Week, February 9-13, for The Montreal Children’s Hospital Foundation and the English Montreal School Board... Was moved from a striker position to that of attacking midfielder... Started 19 of 22 games he played in for 1,723 minutes… Scored one goal and had four assists during the regular season… His only goal gave the Impact a 1-0 win against the Charleston Battery, April 30… Broke two records previously held by Nick DeSantis: most minutes played by an Impact player (18,245 minutes) and most games played with the Impact (219 games)… Was chosen on the First All-Star Team, the sixth time he was picked among the league’s all-stars... Was in the starting lineup for the all five playoff games, including the championship final which the Impact won 2-0 against the Seattle Sounders on Sept. 18... Scored a goal in the first post-season game against the Syracuse Salty Dogs…

2005 SEASON
In February, launched the Heart of Life Fund of the Montreal Children’s Hospital Foundation and the English Montreal School Board along with Impact head coach Nick DeSantis… Was also honorary chairman for the 28th Montreal games in April…
